Sevington School does make every effort to meet the needs of visiting schools, but once a firm booking has been made, cancellations at short notice can cause considerable inconvenience to the smooth running of the School.

Our Cancellation Policy is therefore as follows:

•    There will be no charge for cancellations made up to one month before the visit.
•    There will be a charge of 50% of the amount due for cancellations made between one month and one week before the visit.
•    Cancellations made less than a week before the visit will require payment of the full amount.
•    In the event of a cancellation, we will do our best to accommodate a re-booking where possible.
